Personally, I would love to see Brentford promoted. The club is run very very well, the scouting system is one of the best outside the premiership. Plus after listening to Adrian Chiles earlier saying that if WBA couldn't beat Huddersfield or QPR the Maybe Millwall could nick the last spot via play offs
What's the betting now that we put in a performance for pride against a jittery West Brom , beat them and hand 2nd place to the Bees I wish them well as they are the best team in the Championship, run on a shoestring with, as you say a knack for unearthing real talent and a Board that seems to know what it's doing when it comes to managers, picking the right guys with decent coaching skills and promoting them up. Like Liverpool from the 60s to the early 90s
Brentford in pole position, to go up with a brand new stadium as well would be the stuff of dreams. Their form deserves it...
It was originally a 20k capacity but was cut to 17k just before work started. I had a good view of it going up on an almost daily basis with trips up the M4 and it is a very tight squeeze with new apartment blocks as part of the deal so unlikely imo...
I imagine they could - depending on the planning environment- increase the size of at least one of the stands They've sold over 10,000 seats already out of a total capacity of 17,250, though I don't know what number of seats are reserved for away supporters
Wham 3 up against Watford.......would probably make them safe if they win tonight leaving Bournemouth, villa and Watford to battle it out....perm 2 from 3....
and Watford go to go to Citeh..last 2 games ONLY 14 goals conceded. Spam go to play Manure who re fighting for Europe. Really want vanilla to go down.....
Brentford could be blowing their big chance for automatic promotion - 1 down at Stoke. Meanwhile Wigan are winning again and look like defying the 12-point deduction.
Yep - Wigan staying up at present. That could be the team performance of the season in the Championship
