Chairman has made no secret of his wish for premier league football....they have a great ground, potential huge fanbase in a city of only 2 clubs.....spent 5m on naki in January transfer window when they were in or around top 6.....Yep he thought they'd push on but 4 straight defeats since restart has basically screwed them....

Fair enough then...guess we'd all like promotion, but if they have put everything in place to enable it to happen, and it isn't, it's the manager who usually pays the price.
