Bloody hell that Wagner fella from Huddersfield is the Dortmund manager! When did that happen?
He’s the Schalke manager.

I know now... I am stupid. He’s the Schalke manager.
I need to watch more German football. It was because they were talking about Dortmund and the camera was on him. They could add ‘live’ additional cheering
Having watched a whole match I thought a couple of things.
The commentator has to work extra hard to cover up the silence and that may have to be stepped up further.
Interesting to see what people’s reaction would be if they digitally added crowds and generic match noise to live matches. They could add ‘live’ additional cheering at key points during the match - eg. When someone scores. The technology is there to add lots to live matches in the same way people play computer football games with crowds.
They should at least do a trial. It could be you have the option at home to watch with or without crowds and noise. Obviously the players would still be playing in empty stadiums but that will change over time.
Many years ago I was in Australia watching an Aussie football game and they had piped noise and signing coming out of speakers. TBH I thought it sounded naff and I laughed at times. However, I agree yesterday's game sounded weird. Let's hope we get crowds back soonest.Having watched a whole match I thought a couple of things.

Lewandowski just scored from a penalty.
Awful tempo to the match which feels like a pre-season match.
Much worse to watch than yesterday’s Borussia Dortmund’s match.
Thr match is so poor that I am looking forward to switching over to see the news!
At 17:00 I will be watching Tony Leistner v Robert Lewandowski.
I may even put the audio on to listen to the “sounds“ in the stadium.
It is weird to see live football again. Impatiently waiting to see the R’s, even if by a stream and with no fans in the stadium.
Leistner was playing for Koln at 2:30
2016 K League winners FC Seoul inadvertently used sex dolls rather than fashion mannequins to help fill empty stands this weekend. The club has apologised. Both the club and the supplier are pointing fingers at others. (It's not just COVID-19 you need to avoid catching!) [HASHTAG]#kleague[/HASHTAG]
