Not that big a surprise imo.
Liverpool have looked like they've been coasting for a while now. It's that psychological thing of being so far ahead, you take your foot off the pedal, even though you're telling yourself not to.
 
What a funny old game......I know it is 11 v11 at the end of the day but how many thought Liverpool would lose by 3?

Fernandez just banged in equaliser for ManUre showing Pickford up in front of Southgate watching. He's quite gaffe-prone with 7 errors costing goals this season...
 
Draw for the Nations League happening now!






While I think the League is one of UEFA’s infrequent quite good ideas, I’m struggling to get excited over this.

Iceland, Denmark, Belgium, England. Would have been good to have got one or more of the traditional big teams in our group - Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Holland - for the kicks.

I think Belgium are ranked 1 in the world.

Yeah, they should be frightening, but I like the old school flavour of some of the other nations. And of course Iceland and Denmark are both capable of embarrassing us.

Good competition overall though.

It is.
I'm looking forward to giving Iceland some pay back.
Germany, Italy and Holland are well down the rankings, but Holland are looking a very good young team (like England).
