Some of the worlds best players on the pitch (mostly for City). But the thing which I will remember is Haaland running across the pitch to congratulate Grealish who had just feigned injury to con the ref into booking Wan Bissaka. Gosh the food and drink must be good judging by the amount of die hard fans who couldn’t make it back to their seats for the start of the second half of the FA Cup final. 2-1 City.
Noticed the same. Seems it is only the seats directly opposite the camera that are half empty...is that where the hungry hippos sit? 2-1 city from a nice corner routine. Gundogan volleys from just outside the D. De Gea's view blocked and it trickles in.
I was in that area with my son and my mate when we lost the Play-Off final against Brentford - because of COVID restrictions they were the only tickets we could lay our hands on. By the time you get from your seats to the table, then eat your HT snack and down your drink, the sides have invariably re-started …. As the booze and food is ‘all-inclusive’ in the price you pay, it’s no wonder that the spectators are not all back in their seats
Ah, so it's the all inclusive package seats. Must be good nosh, 60 minutes and still a fair few empty seats.
It appears that Pep Guardiola has somehow turned John Stones into the 21st century Franz Beckenbauer or maybe Ruud Krol. He’s playing brilliantly.
To be honest, it wasn’t too bad - downside was the bottles beer was Budweiser From memory, it cost around £325-£350 per head - my mate and my son wanted their money’s worth: me, I had to be ‘sensible’ as I was driving
Definitely - saw them lose to Barnsley in a League One Playoff Final (worst of all it was in Cardiff that season) and saw the 4-2 win over Reading in 2011 As for the Brentford match, the team - well they didn’t turn up on the day: at least I did (
That’s what I don’t get, what genuine fan would miss a second of their team in a cup or play off final because a US Budweiser is included in the ticket price? I suppose fans of City and Utd might get blasé about it, plastic as they are, but for the rest of us….. Utd put Weghorst on, sure sign of panic.
Can’t argue with that - we inadvertently/ unintentionally missed the first 30 seconds on the second half. We were actually the first people through the gates and virtually the last out: we walked down Wembley Way chatting to Don Goodman and David Prutton.
Nice one HB. Can I borrow your crystal ball for the EuroMillions Lotteries? I promise I'll give you half ... your ball back. please log in to view this image
Congrats to Citeh. Even though you bought your EPL title and FA Cup, there's only one team that is more deserving of a loss, and that's Manure. (Well, ...no. Beating Scum also right up there). We do like piling **** on Manure (or manure on ****, err, I mean Chelski). Did I say none more deserving. Oh yeah. Well I'm going to say it again. NONE MORE DESERVING! please log in to view this image . Thank you Beeb. (In case you're wondering, that's Chelscum, Manure and MacWarty's Rangers. Sad little ****s aren't they?!).
If that cup final was being played in my garden, I would draw the curtains! (still haven't watched one second of any of the six pricks!)
In case you change your mind, I've heard Pornhub do a very good presentation on penises. Number 5 will surprise you, the scouser pricks go off prematurely, ...then calm down, eh.
