Let's be honest here, Scottish football is awful. Anyone who thinks that Rangers and Celtic are anywhere above Championship standard are sorely deluded. I'm afraid it will always be that way as the standard in the league is so poor, many great players have come out of Scotland but the competitiveness hasn't been in that league since Ferguson left Aberdeeen !
