Been watching football all my life, and seen most things, but a 1st for me tonight. Germany player sent off and concede a penalty for pulling the ponytail of a French player. <laugh><laugh>

Didn't somebody get sent off last season for pulling the hair of that hairy Chelsea player?

Yes, Saint's captain Stephens last season. Also, PSG's Neves in their recent defeat by Chelsea in the World Club Championship final. How does Cucurella manage to play with that head of unrestrained hair?

So it's Spain in the final.
Ko 5.00pm on Sunday.
Going to be a difficult game, but I believe we can win.

Spain on top.
Need a better 2nd half to turn it round.
It's going to be difficult.

Good spot. Interesting to see how much he’s played since leaving us. At Norwich he averaged 40+ matches and 3,750 minutes + a season across five seasons, was briefly linked with Barcelona etc. The last two seasons since leaving he has averaged about 15 matches, just 7 starts and under 1,000 minutes

Proves the old saying, The grass ain't always greener.

He had a long term injury which I think put him out for almost a season and then found it difficult to displace Adam Smith when he came back at Bournemouth. Went to Valencia on loan in January and did well I think

In this morning's Under 21s curtain raiser to the afternoon friendly against NAC Breda, the young Canaries were beaten 0:1 by their counterparts from the Netherlands.
