Abu Kamara starts for Hull tonight against Sheffield United, playing on the left of the midfield 4 in a 4:1:4:1 set up. Sheffield lead by a single goal at HT but are comfortably the better side. Abu has shown a good turn of pace but Hull have shown very little in attack. On the evidence so far, I'd say they may well struggle this season.

Blades add a second on 60 min; another breakaway goal, scored by substitute Sam McCallum, who looks to have beefed up considerably since the end of last season.
Kamara was subbed off at half time wasn’t he?

Batth scores for Blackburn today, 28th Sept. Cantwell, unused sub.
Cantwell replaced Pickering at HT, playing the entire second half, and provided the assist for Batth's goal. He had the third highest Blackburn rating on WhoScored, after Batth (MOM) and the other goal scorer Travis.

And to be fair - a brilliant assist. Must be the first time I have ever said anything complimentary about Cantwell!!

Emi Buendia had a fantastic chance to enhance his Canary reputation when he came on as a late substitute at Portman Road this afternoon, with the game tied at 2:2. Villa had been awarded a free kick, right on the edge of the Binners' penalty area, and Emi was given the chance to score with his first kick of the game. He spooned his shot over the wall and high into the stand ........... Not good enough Emi :steam:
