Ten points clear of Brentford if they win both their games in hand with seven remaining.

BBC: "Even with a game in hand on the Hornets, the Swans are losing ground in the race for promotion and look increasingly like they will be in the play-offs for a second successive season. It is now three matches without a goal for the Welsh club, and they rarely looked like ending that rut at St Andrew's."

Now 3 losses in a row and 4 points from their last 5 games. Hardly promotion form.

Brentford at Huddersfield tomorrow at 12.30.

We have actually improved our position today as regards a top two finish.
We're now reaching the stage when each passing game makes it far more difficult for the chasing teams, and even moreso when it's Swansea's third loss in a row. Their maximum points total is now 93 from 8 games. We could reach that with 3 wins from our last 7 with a better goal difference. As for Brentford, their maximum points total is now 95 from their last 9 matches and anything but a win at Huddersfield today would reduce their threat to us severely. They've drawn their last two games against Forest and Derby.

My word what a shocker for Brentford.

They fail to clear an innocuous ball towards the edge of the penalty area.

Mads Roerslev then slips, allowing Lewis O'Brien to nip in and catch David Raya off-guard in the Brentford goal.

He simply slides it in from 20 yards out.

The goalkeeper has come to try and collect the initial ball forward and was wrong-footed as the shot came in.

Brentford all over Huddersfield, but they can't get a goal.
Oh dear what a shame, never mind

We are looking good for auto promotion but Watford seem to be gifted by lady luck winning 1-0 from an own goal with only 2 shots on target yesterday reducing our lead to 6 points and a better GD I think .
It would be criminal to dominate the league this long and finish 2nd .

If Pukki fluffs half a dozen shots next game try Hugill

Both Swansea and Brentford need to win 5 of their last 8 games (or win 4, draw 3, lose 1) merely to catch up with the points we have now. 10 points away from promotion now (but are we going to lose Buendía for the next string of games)?
