It would be great for the region if Posh could get promotion to the Championship and Cambridge to League One. Talking of League One how are our bin trawling chums doing ........... oh dear
Not looking like the new owners are going to get a play-off place this year. Whilst that probably would have been an unexpected bonus, I think it shows the task in hand. They have 32 professional players out of contract this summer, 20 the EADT would call first team players. There's some clauses to extend in some of those deals, but still not easy.
I lived in Busan for a year, Bengaluru. I found it a nice place to live and a lot better than Seoul. Hope you enjoy it.
I can't believe I missed the party. I assumed that the chances of neither Brentford nor Swansea winning home games, one of them against the bottom of the league, were virtually zero, so I went and did some practical life stuff. I get back and I missed all the fun
That would round it off nicely I am hoping that my local team, Raith Rovers, can go on to secure an SPL place in the play offs soon - that would really make my season. Just promoted from League One last season, they have done brilliantly to get 2nd in the Championship, ahead of Dundee, with only a few games to go.
had job offers from international schools in both, went for Busan as the package was nicer and im a sucker for living by the sea with mountains nearby. Also the weather looked a bit more seasonal - ive missed proper cold winters whilst in Bangalore. Lisbon - feel free to suggest good things to do there, love to know!
The sea and mountains sound like a good option mate, far better than the polluted skies of Bangkok, even if the girls are easier there
If you dip your hand into a box of chocolates without looking, don't be surprised if you get a hard centre.
Today’s defeat to Barnsley leaves the door open again for Reading. Will be an interesting end to the season in terms of play-off and relegation places. Very pleased for Coventry though, would like to see them stay up.
Mark Robins has done well. I remember a Boxing Day game at Highfield Rd where we missed an injury time penalty that would have made it 5-5. We had been 3-0 up.
Wouldn't think Coventry are in much danger now. 5 points clear of Derby with 4 games to play, with Rotherham needing to overhaul a 9 point deficit in 6 games. I'd be amazed if they get pulled into it.
