On the face of it, 4 points off the play-offs with a game in hand isn't the worst position to be in. With 6 of their next 7 games against clubs above them, there's opportunities to make up ground.

I believe that ref is a sgnt in the RAF at Waddington, just outside Lincoln. That beard does not look right for this to be true. My daughters fiancee is an officer stationed there so will try to check the truth of this. (She out ranks him).
