If Carlsberg did football weekends …… Yes, I know that West Brom are away at Bolton on Monday, but to move back up to 2nd is BRILLIANT!!!! Bing on the Blades!!!!
Oh...my...god! We are right in this! Takes the pressure off the home game to United. A loss would be bad, but nowhere near the disaster it could have been.
An excellent weekends work. Makes those cheeky draws we scrapped for in the Christmas break look increasingly important now
Ok Even if West Brom win, they'll still be 3 points behind us. Let's definitely Bing on the Blades!!!
The ONLY team in the top 3 to win this weekend!!! I'm sure I saw somewhere that DF hasn't won when we've played on a Friday (before last night!!)
From DDF - 'It’s been an almost perfect 24 hours for Norwich City, after seeing their Championship promotion rivals falter today while still enjoying the glow of last night’s Carrow Road victory over Birmingham. The day got even better when third-placed Sheffield United – ahead of City on goal difference at the start of the weekend – lost 1-0 at Swansea in the day’s late kick-off to stay three points adrift ahead of their trip to Carrow Road next Saturday. There was more good news as Middlesbrough dropped two points at home to Millwall, with Canaries loanee Ben Marshall helping the Lions draw 1-1, leaving Boro fifth and six points adrift of Norwich.' Now if Basil could go to Reading and help them ........ Leeds and Sheffield United still have to play them!!!! !https://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwi...eeds-and-sheffield-united-both-lose-1-5858733
Come on Oliveira. On your way then. All of a sudden he could end up having a massive influence on results for us.
I thought the Marshall loan was strange, but it shows how far the squad has developed this year. Lewis has nailed down LB and Aarons RB out of nowhere. Hernandez, Buendia and Cantwell have taken over the WL and WR positions with a flexibility and movement that traditional wingers like Marshall would find difficult. The good news is his helping Millwall take points off our rivals, starting with Boro today.
I don't understand how we're being allowed to keep hold of Passlack. Has he even come on as a sub outside of a cup game?
I have thought this a lot this season. We must be covering all of, or nearly all of his wages. Only reason I can think Dortmund are happy for him to stay here.
