If you don't agree with football players kneeling forever which started of as black lives matter then you are Racist by default.

Taking the knee was started long before BLM emerged. In 2016 Colin Kaepernick, a quarterback for the SF 49ers, sat during the national anthem before the game because of brutality and injustice towards black people. Newly elected Donald Trump saw this as sacrilege and said he should be kicked out of football. He wasn't and instead he and other players started kneeling before games. It was a sports based protest much like the raised arm at the Olympics rather than the left wing conspiracy you are describing it as. Being black in America is no picnic.

To be honest, I don't know why you're so angry about players wearing rainbow colours, and taking the knee. But it seems to trigger you, for some reason...
I'll ignore your rudeness and stick to the facts. While BLM has been around for longer it is not one entity or organisation, but comprises "a broad array of people and organizations". Note that "in June 2020, a Pew Research Center poll found that 67% of adult Americans expressed some support for the Black Lives Matter movement." Like any large movement, there are various factions, but it is not a sports based protest.
Taking a knee, which lasts about 5 seconds, is sports based, which is why it has been adopted here to protest against racism in football and elsewhere precisely because the UK does have brutality and prejudice against people of colour.
The biggest threat to black people in the UK is other black people.
100s of black teenagers brutally stabbing each other every year in London but there's complete silence on this .
If players paid tribute to all the dead teenagers from Knife crime and bent the knee I would get behind it .
