If my memory is right two years ago the trophy was on it's way to Sunderland by helicopter where Man U had just won and City were 1-2 down to us, two injury time goals and it had to perform a U-turn...
As a wee lad I remember watching the final Sunday of the old John Player League (cricket for those not familiar with it) where there were three counties in with a chance of winning the league. The poor old helicopter had to change direction several times as the matches ebbed and flowed.
