But on the bright side, if those scores don't change, we'll be top on GD with a win at Forest, so the ball is firmly our court - time for everyone to step up and put in a performance. The progress of Derby under Steve McClaren is a bit worrying though - we're now one of four teams in the running for those two automatic promotion places.
Derby drop their first point at Huddersfield after winning 7 games on the trot - since we beat them 2-1 at Loftus Road (Nov 2) - not a bad record for Steve McClaren.
Decent set of results for us. Id have expected a W D and D from the 3 games for our rivals so its slightly better than expected, of course that will mean nothing if we don't get a point tonight.
Huddersfield would've won today if Vaughan was fit. I've seen a bit of Derby recently and don't think they're any great shakes.
It's decent, but they haven't played many of the contenders. Obviously luck can't account for the 7 wins- but in the games I've seen a lot of things have fallen for them. They've got a little spell of fixtures starting Jan1st Vs (the rejuvenated) Wigan, Chelsea, Leicester, Brighton. Hopefully that'll burst the bubble.
