My brother has lived in Madrid for over 25 years and has always been an Atlético follower, some rough times in there. So I am delighted for his sake. Especially as the family he has married into includes a few Real fans, though not his father in law, pure Malaga.
My understanding is that if he is the last man bar the keeper and the foul prevents a clear goal scoring opportunity he should go. In this case I think he should have gone, but I missed the replay.
Has it not been changed in that if he's making a genuine tackle but it's a foul he now gets a yellow? A tug back etc would be red?
Possibly. We see keepers getting away with a yellow a lot, so you could be right. Chelsea doing well. While it’s them I do like Conte who has had a rough deal this season.
Agree, they keep giving ball away, are slow in build up and are playing sideways. Scum will just sit on this. HT
Another thing, is Rashford in the England squad? If so he needs to be able to cross and beat the first man.
I started watching this unsure of who I wanted to win, but as much as I dislike Mourinho, I really don't want Chelsea to win this. Come on United!
Utd signing Sanchez has been so detrimental to Rashford. He plays where Rashford is most effective, out on the left.
That's not fair Ellers. It is quite hard to differentiate between being stroked on the nose, or being punched on the nose.
