Hope Leicester have a real good go at Sevilla tonight, mind Schmichel just made a very good save to stop an early away goal.........
Proper grudge match tonight as AFC Wimbledon host the MK Dons at Kingsmeadow for the first time. Feelings are running so high that Pete Winkleman the Dons' Owner is unlikely to attend as his safety cannot be guaranteed. The Dons are not acknowledged in the match programme and their directors have not been afforded the usual hospitality and told they must watch from the seats allocated to the visitors. Hell hath no fury...
Don't know why they still insist on calling themselves Dons.......drop that and be simply know as Milton Keynes....... The directors in the crowd thing is the same as the AFC directors did at MK for the first game, still adds a bit of spice to things.....
Leicester doing very well at the moment, back to the high pressing tempo of last season, not giving Sevilla time to settle.....
Good first half by Leicester......given themselves a great chance of progressing, but surely Sevilla can't be as poor 2nd half.......
Maybe the least offensive and lleast hated team in London, Leyton Orient, are losing 2 - 0 at the moment and are in danger of falling out of the league this season. Would be a real shame.
Looks like it. They are well organised and defending and breaking well. Makes me laugh that it wasn't that long ago we played them at home in the Championship (the year they/Burnley and us went up). Since then they have won the Premiership and look like being in the last 8 of Champions League and moneybags QPR (what we were called at that time) are....
Nasri off, although Vardy really made a meal of that incident. Now a penalty for Sevilla, saved! Despite our West London rivalries, for the relegation situation, would be good if the current 1-0 scores over Wolves & Blackburn held.
