Before the game today, I predicted that we'd get a 1-1 or 2-2 draw with us being behind and equalising, really should have put a bet on!

Anyways to the game, I thought that to start with we looked a little nervous and touchy with spurs enforcing and bringing the game to us. Our defence was holding up well though and at around 15/20 minutes I felt as though we had a grip in the game and kept going forward well with the odd counter being a threat. Obertan was playing to far inside to begin with IMO and was a reason why Simpson was looking poor as he had no support and not even someone to support in attack. When we conceded the penalty which was duly converted I felt up until half time we were still the better team.

Then the goal came from a great Gutierrez run (who had a half decent game) and a great finish from Ba. We still took the game to them but lack defensively with Obertan not being there to track back and Cabaye not having the best of games. Tiote more than covered for this though as today I feel he played a blinded maybe even MoM for me! When we went behind the only person I feel we can blame is Raylor who couldn't even hack at defoe's ankles properly he was so poor! Then to our substitutions I feel I speak for 90% (atleast) when I say Hatem, Yes! Shola, No! Shola proved us all wrong though with a cracking finish which resulted in me being so happy I punched a wall! Hatem played well and new boy Santon looked to be getting up the wing really well.
To top things off a great performance again from Krul and all of our boys to be honest!

We showed our team spirit today and proved to all the pundits our start hasn't been lucky and we deserve to be where we are !

Yorke just said we've shown why we are where we are. Ginola reckons we'll be top 6 too <laugh>
