Cook burgers though out, stick a knife in and the juice should be clear, that's what I do to make sure, and another tip NEVER just warm pies or pasties up, make sure they are burning hot when took out the oven, use your finger. (i have had food poisoning once but not since because I cook all my food in the house) I tell you it is hell on earth, shivers first, then unbelievable tom tits and gut ache for two days. Frozen Birds eye burgers with cheese and tomato sauce are the best by the way, but as I say you better cook them right through.
Frozen Birds eye burgers with cheese and tomato sauce are the best by the way, ...... To the gallows with this man Heathen.
Burger with bacon strips and a nice big bun, even a stottie at a push, and Hammonds Chop sauce. No gherkins or all of this other healthy sh&te on it.
Birds Eye frozen burgers are nice to be fair, decent ingredients and well seasoned. Restaurant burgers are good as are proper ones cooked at home but the tastiest burgers money can buy are at this boutique deli I go to sometimes called McDonalds. Anyone who claims to hate them is in denial.
It can be, they do a nice sausage roll. Just because something is handcrafted with care doesn't automatically make it better. Too much snobbery about McDonalds, they do tasty burgers hence the rampant popularity.
I don't hate McDonalds, I have them every so often. I enjoy them as they eat them but am then left feeling incredibly regretful when I'm hungry 12 seconds later. Absolutely no goodness in them but taste.
I've had thicker digestive biscuits. I don't know how anybody can say McDonalds produce good burgers. Burger King piss on them.
No but they are awesome too. Better than Infamous in fact. Up at 2:30am chatting about burgers on a football forum, can't say I've done that before.
I'm sat watching a little aeroplane on my screen, tracking my daughters flight back from Dalaman to Edinburgh so chatting about burgers seems quite a sensible thing to do compared to me ?!?!
I sometimes make my own burgers from fresh minced beef. Stick it in a bowl, add a beaten egg or two to help bind it. Grated onion, English mustard, horseradish & maybe a bit of grated carrot. Form them into patties & grill the ****s to your taste. I can take or leave the cheese slices, they really don't give me a hard on. Clag them in a bun & add the relish of your choice. Personally I prefer English mustard & ketchup. My brother-in-law loves them.
BTW, ignore these ****ers that say it has to be well done. If I'm using minced beef to cook with I grab the odd handful & eat it raw. Never done me any harm. Eat it the way you want. As long as it's not poultry it'll do you no harm. I sometimes eat raw sausage - very nice.
