    TSS has some garlic you can have. I think you'll need a lot. I would recommend that you do the old double cook trick. Cook them for 4 hours on a low heat soaked in white wine, stock and garlic. Leave over night to cool, then re-heat for another 3-4 hours before serving. I was thinking of suggesting you add cream at the end, but I have a feeling it would curdle. You probably won't need to sprinkle any Gruyere cheese on it either.

    I know we've never said any different except that we're negotiating and hopeful of landing toby, but seeing all that media about him and spurs gets to be depressing despite my better judgement regarding media frenzies. So that tweet cheered me up immensely.

    Of course if we don't get him I will blame Simon.

    Right...off to prepare lunch for friends. In my case, cooking means adding a shop pizza to a salad. Luckily all my friends know that I have no surprises for them...in my house it is salad and/or sandwiches. So I shall leave the Toby thread on a positive...Peach says we have a good chance of landing this particular fish....good enough for me. Keep smiling.

    This thread has been the worse I have seen tbh. Both me and DTLW have said this one will drag out but we look likely to get him. The Sky sources are just them reading the papers.
