His place went to Sanchez who has been top class. Has so much pace to burn and in the high line we play he is vital. Why would Poch drop him when he's taken the chance. Poch doesn't play players on their reputation, what signal would it send out if the senior player just walks back into the team. By the way, Aurier and Rose are full backs, so not really competing with Alderweireld for a place.

The rose and aurier conparissons was about trust not them competing in the same positions <doh>

Toby's playing - played on Sunday so trust doesn't come into it. It's about competition for places. If big Dave was injured, Alderweireld would be straight in and probably stay in. But Sanchez is the man in possession.

<laugh> yep it was too difficult for me. BTW when HIAG said how can you trust a player like that, he was referring back to the comment about making mistakes - the one you laughed at? Not about him getting ready to leave (if he is). Now who's not following.

1. my interpretation of HIAG (which is has not confirmed or denied) was wrong with yours and i may have misinterpreted. Either way you started talking about something totally different.

2. I'm confused by your Toby trust point. Are you saying Poch trusts toby, aurier and rose or that he doesn't give a **** he's and just rotating the team because to create competition (irrespective of how many mistakes they make)

I'm suggesting Poch does trust these guys. When he doesn't they get frozen out completely - just ask Kaboul, Lennon, Capoue, Townsend etc
