He’s the best defender in the premier league personally, I’d take him at United, He’s a leader, He’d be great alongside Bailly as well. Hes got a year left on his contract.

It’s Alderweireld, firstly.

It’s never sure until it maybe happens. At the moment it’s the usual paper speculation. If he does leave, I suspect it will be to Europe. Real are reportedly interested.

Personally, I think we should pay him whatever he wants within reason. But all clubs need wage structures and if you break that for one then others will want the same.

The problem I would have if we were in for him, Is Daniel Levy, He drives the price up.

He's a bit of a **** actually. Not as big a **** as Van Dijk, of course, but a mercenary ****er nonetheless. And bear in mind when the huge sum changes hands, that he's a ****ing CB ffs.

But a very, very good CB and at the moment he is our CB. If/when he leaves he will automatically become a mercenary **** though.

He's an excellent footballer, don't get me wrong. We seem to be living through the era of the Superstar CB, which is a bit surreal really.

Van Dijk, though. £75 mill, for a ****ing central defender? Really? Fuxakes.

Arsenal could do with another CB and like Sol Campbell, Alderwiereld could be realising that he can fulfil his at ambition in North London with a club that is decorated with PL honours.

They'd have to break their wage structure to do that. Saying that they will have to break their wage structure to re-sign a lot of their players in the upcoming seasons so may as well start now if they are serious about becoming a force long term.

For £42m given how much that massive clown cost Liverpool, it's deal of the ****ing century.

Levy is over a barrel, play the stubborn card and a European team will snatch him for nisht in January.
