It's showtime? Bit late for the matchday thread but thanks for your well-meant input. 
FML, I'm sorry you think that I target you and only you, others can tell you that's not true, KIO and I have had some right old ding-dongs but remain friends. What gets to me is your style of blaming everything on what you regard as the main problems, you really do remind me of a child having a temper tantrum and keep on about our lack of money as if you don't believe it, like I have said, the accounts are available to view online and show that we really don't have any money to waste on a high-priced striker to paper over the cracks, that's the sort of action that has caused us pain and flirting with going bust in the past, it doesn't work.
When I make a tongue-in-cheek response to your question, by talking about cheapies from the German 4th division, you fail to see the irony and leap on it as proof that you were talking sense all along.

I do believe the lack of money, I can’t believe how bad they have bee. And how they have wasted it all on putting us in a far, far worse position. That’s what I can’t believe. How they have made so many awful decisions, and the situation they have put us in where selling a 20m future England international will just disappear into their pit of debt.
They still have the cheek to ask us for more charity for the academy! Even though we already pay out of our ar*ses to our club, and have our own financial problems to worry about. It’s not the fans fault that they lost all the clubs money and privelages.
As usual you jump on me “ranting” when I’m putting my side across, yet you let everyone else’s go as just “having their opinion”. And you never take my tounge in cheek as that, you turn to personal attacks about “childish”,”stupid”, “tantrum”, “wum” etc etc. I never target people like that, even you when I’m contantaly having to defend myself.
Nothing more to say. As usual you have ruined another thread by doing this, and other posters have stopped posting.
Dave and FML - I can see both sides of the discussion and from a neutral point of view, I can see both sides.
I tend to agree that I'd LOVE to see how the board has successfully FRITTERED away the £M that we acquired from our seasons in the PL - mismanagement in the extreme doesn't even 'scratch the surface'. There was the hiring and firing of Moxey, the payoff to AN, sanctioning the Naismith/Jarvis transfers, but IMO, I'm still baffled as to where all the rest of the money has gone (YES Dave, I know I can look at the accounts, but I've flirted with bookkeeping and I've seen 'creative accounting in action!!).
You both have valid points and as FML says it is spoiling the MDT and stopping others from posting - I'm sure there are twice as many 'lurkers' as 'posters' these days.
Can we just agree to leave MDTs for the purpose for which they're intended and create another thread, so that you can trade your claims and counter claims on that???

The club coming cap in hand to raise funds for the academy that was neglected when we were in the Premier League , Is like Mike Carrol the Norfolk Lotto winner setting up a go fund me page because he smashed up his own mansion and blew all his winnings on drugs and bling.

I’m taking my father in law and brother in law to the Reading game (I don’t like them
) They dont have the money really, so I’m paying for them. £75. For this product. Yesterday fans were stuck in traffic for hours because of a major accident, and they put in that performance for them. It’s sad.

Poor lad. A 1 man team, everything is on him. He scores 3 goals. He must be feeling so fed up of this too. He is the best player in the league and he's sat in 14th. All that effort and quality, and he drags the team to 14th. Massive respect to how he talks to the press. Like everything he does, perfect. Inside, he's got to be so frustrated.
