He was a twat, you're right. (Not often that happens though )
HIAG would be unbareable
Surely you know it's been made in response to your thread ?
Like the comment, 'Liverpool fans will leave''
This is my main concern, but to argue that some may have already left because the place is too quiet.
Would just like to point out the logistics of getting rid of bans...
brb (the super mod) would have to go through each person who has been banned by either himself or syd over the 2 year period most of us migrated here and unban them from the board individually. Basically, thats not going to happen...
Plus, most of the time when someone is banned its discussed with the rest of the mods and they decide if its reasonable or not and in general theres a consensus.
I wouldn't want to release half of the Utd board over here... there are a few like Windy Miller, Berb, NOF etc... who will just do exactly what they did to get banned in the first place. Not to mention HIAG, CPofL, Ben Arfa, Terrorwit etc...
It's down to the mods in the end though, we all elected them there after all
I assume with that comment you would be one of them? I really hope not, always like your insight as you get to many games and see a lot of things first hand.
As cynical as it may sound, I agree wholeheartedly.
Think many feel hard done by ( those banned) and instead of just saying yeah come back (from us), tying to gauge what everyone on this board is feeling. No point in re-opening pandora's box and all that.
As for Sweats.. couldn't really give a ****. You develop a personal vendetta with a mod and you're not going to stay around for long. He was ****ing annoying apart from anything.
The board has been the best its been in the last week or so IMO, Im SURE if they are allowed back on people WILL LEAVE,END OF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If YOU are so desperate to talk to them, why not do it on there board, because after all you have only posted this article because its what YOU want to happen
Not an abuse of your ex-position at all then ?
People get personal on here all the time Ze. If you going to ban one fan for getting personal then you have to apply it across the board unless you're telling me mods are more important then us usual forum members ?
They are testing the water, because if they can get back then its just round 2 for ****ing everything up again.
Exactly why we are having the vote! and at the moment it is keep those out. Don't think that will change to be honest and again, gotta look after our own board.
If only this were GOT type of scenarios, we could take off hands, tongues, heads, put them on pikes for all to see!
This x 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
I vote that we ban Big Bird.
No, not an abuse.. I was well within my rights to do it. Mods on this board just don't uphold it, because we were quite lenient.
I did not ban him for getting personal I'd have to ban every ****er on your board, the Swans board and most of the Spurs board if I was going to do that. I banned him because I could and I thought he was being a dick.
Example: You're a bouncer, someone starts a fight with you. Do you:
A) Put up with it and let him carry on getting drunker and starting fights with every ****er in the club,
B) Kick him out there and then, you don't have to put up with that ****.
Did you watch it? ****ing hell, lets get some ritual fires going.
Indeed, there is a thread for this ****, you can Brienne.
Not at all, I've been arguing the point that the bans are sometimes deserved and people need to respect that this is a Liverpool board, but on the other hand I was looking at some that feel hard done by and was just wondering about it. I'm not sure if it would be a good thing or a bad thing I suppose it depends on your point of view.
It's not what I want, I'm not that bothered either way.
Mods don't get paid and ask Bow4fowler and Bozz that if you do it for long enough it detracts from the enjoyment of the forum, without being moaned at all the time.
I know but he has a point, if the majority are not happy then the bans shouldn't be lifted regardless off if they are fair or not. My thread was not to have them lifted but to gauge opinion.
