there's nothing wrong with having a day where people have a check in on progress and discuss the actual.issues. when companies turn it into a blatant breech of equality laws by offering special discounts to one gender and women use it as an excuse to avoid work then they do this cause a disservice. it's harder to actually deal with the problems so thry take the easy way
Nothing new about women getting special discounts. Lots of bars and dance clubs have had ladies nights... Oil change places have often given discounts to women.
thats not the same. those discounts are more about making women a slab of meat to attract.male customers in.
