Hardy will win as TNA want to keep him sweet, in the hope he signs a new deal in January and not jump ship back to WWE.
 
I don't think they'd touch him with a barge pole right now. Too much risk for not enough reward.

Reputation is more important and another whack job on their books is not what Jack Tunney would want or need. They were very lucky with him last time out.
