If it was a Newcastle player in the same situation I would agree with the person who said innocent until proven guilty, only thing I would worry about is having him back in the team could very cause an upset amongst the squad, I mean although nothings proven yet the squad may not want to be around someone accused of such things which could have a ripple effect on the squad should he be included in it. Having him in the squad and indeed starting lineup could end up causing more harm than good, and to be honest the problem with your lot has been more attacking than defensive from the little I've seen of you play this season. (Villa game and Man United game) If he does get found guilty he should and would deserve to be tossed out of the club on his arse. Just my two cents anyway.
