Imagine that gurning cheerleader if they win it? Oh Lordy.

They’ll wheel out every Kopite from the last 30 years who’s still drawing breath & no doubt reference a fair few who aren’t. Sky will do an hour long special on the hunt for the Holy Grail & the usual suspects - Carra, Sourness, McManaman & ****ing Thommo will be constantly frotting themselves over a ‘new PL order’.

It’ll be too much even for the most moderate neutral, please reconsider brothers, stand with me.

<laugh>

It would be brilliant <laugh>

Nah it's never as sycophantic. We've had Arsenal, Chelsea and more recently City being given the same pedestal and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Their achievements as well as ours have always reflected the achievement itself. Anything that was made to be special was dependent on the achievement e.g. treble, doubles, invincibles, back to back titles.

The media is FULL of ex-liverpool pundits and those that aren't are usually ABU's. If Liverpool win the league it won't be for 1 year, it'll be fore years to come. And even the year ahead will be made to feel like every waking minute of sporting media dedicating themselves to it. It's not like this hasn't happened before.

But isn't it something like 5 years that you were anywhere close to winning the league and yet when you go onto sites like the BBC, every other story is about Utd. I suspect this will be the case if you don't win another title for the next 10 years?

Only to slate us mate.

They fcking love it. love it. Wouldn't be surprised if Keegan wasn't running the whole media show the ****!

Well done on Saturday by the way. It's been so long since those scummy bastards lost I'd forgotten how much pleasure I derive from it!

Its bloody brilliant at the moment and I'm enjoying the ride. When you consider, other than a few loans, we haven't paid for a signing in the last 4 windows as our owner is determined to destroy us, I'm surprised we are not fighting relegation. The really sad thing is if we do somehow manage promotion, there will be no money for signings and if we do have any family silver left, it will be sold.

The amount of abuse he gets from everyone else, and he puts me on ignore for asking a perfectly innocuous question.

Is this some sort of inside aspergers joke that I don't know about?

I think it's random what upsets him most. Some people are downright nasty to him on here, and others are more playful. It's the more playful that he stings.

Hardly any United fans on here anyway, you'd think he'd want to keep his options open.

Probably is a closet City fan after all!

May need a sock account just to speak to Matth <whistle>

As unbearable as Liverpool winning the league would he, City winning all four would be worse. Liverpool will much deserve it if they pull it off.:emoticon-0119-puke:

Hopefully this all goes away on Wednesday night though.

I'd have no issue with City winning the league then, although the fact that their own fans have difficulty stomaching the idea gives an indication of how utterly false the club is.

You're doing brilliantly. Could be an interesting display from the fans if you made a play off final!
