Because most people run in fear after reading the crap on here, we don't get many new posters... Therefore any new poster is always automatically assumed to be a sock account of someone else and chased off.
There again, as @Hoddle Is A God's sock account you already knew that.

Not really but you may need to clear your history and cache and restart and login again. Should be fine after that
