I *always* tip cabbies. Because it's worth it for the time you drop your passport/phone/wallet in the cab and are relying on them to get it back to you!
Tip if it's worth it, the food is generally not what I base it on as the waiter didn't make the food, so if they're nice and not annoying then they'll get a good tip regardless of whether the chef has made some good food for me.
