Barton. You don't find as many players of Tiote/Enrique's calibre in their respective positions, as well as the fact we have no real cover for either of them. Definitely wouldn't want Barton to leave though, I think my Gran would cry. She loves him

Depends on the club they were going to! If Enrique had the chance to go to Barca i'd say good luck to him as long as we get a decent fee, but if he went to Liverpool

Get rid of Barton, as cally said, you don't get as many players of a high calibre in Enrique and Tiotes positions...Let's say Ireland returns to somewhere near his previous quality and Ben Arfa continues in the same vein of form he was in prior to his injury (don't forget he was a class act in Frnace as well) Then we have the current plays in place to at least ease his passing....BUT....If Tiote goes we have Smith and Guthrie (not good enough) and if Enrique goes we have Perch and Ferguson (not good enough).

As for your argument with No Way Past Jose, after reading every single comment on this thread, I think you're being a bit unreasonable...Do you not see how telling people to '**** off' might cause offence? I'm not saying you don't put up with your fair share of unneccessary stick, but I think perhaps when people are trying to engage in simple conversation with you (as Jose was) you do yourself no favours by being so caustic towards them!

I hate to say it but it would have to be Barton.
Joey has been one of our best players but we have some good young players who could do his job.

Tiote I see as the heart of the team, nothing is going to get through him.

Enrique is again one of our player's of the season.
Enrique has just got better and better as his confidence has grown.
His first season with us I was not impressed but the lad has matured and with age can only get better.

Well, since Carroll has gone I feel Bartons crosses have been useless. He works hard, but his crosses seem to be wasted now. So saying that, I'd get rid of Barton.

I would get rid on Enrique, left back is an easier and cheaper position to replace than midfield.

Hypothetically I'd have to get rid of Barton because he's the anti-Christ.

It would be Barton, great player but he is 4 years older than Tiote and 3 older than Enrique. At best he can maintain his quality whereas they will get better as they have not peaked yet and are probably better than him already (not that he isnt international class). Also you speak of his massive importance (I knew you'd have this article as an excuse to **** over Barton) but take out his assists for Carroll and what was the last goal he created? Not Tiote's because that was not a direct assist. I honestly cant remember.
