But the fact it was started by a non-Mod would suggest it wouldn't be upheld unless stated otherwise surely? Otherwise why have Mods?

As I've said above, the Mods generally decide on the rules of the board including what warrants a ban etc. If these are broken people will be dealt with. I'm just concerned we are banning people for petty 'crimes' and trying to go over the Mod's head.

If we feel the mods 'rules' are inadequate then that requires further discussion.

Could you imagine a world where all referenda randomly suggested by the public drove new laws? Would be a bit silly.

I voted yes. But I did it rashly and without even knowing exactly what happened. Having read everything then I retracted it because I realised he is just a cock, but hasnt really done anything worthy of a ban, he is just a cock.....but if all cocks were banned, we would lose half the posters on Not606, including some people posting on this thread who are Chelsea supporters.

Oh sweet jesus, there were Italian fans on both sides of the wall, Liverpool fans surged towards the Juve fans who then moved away to the other side of the section and the wall on that side collapsed, please know the facts before you unreasonably dislike replies<doh> Physics, you have no clue about physics I would imagine, don't make me go technical on your ass<laugh>

let it go man. It's some weird need of yours to have this discussion, the problem is all yours, I'd prefer to leave it, if you think that means you win, so be it, I'd rather that than dragging the tragedy out yet again.

Indeed. Football really can bring out the worst in people. Either way, I think this topic has run its course and should be closed; it's dominating our board at the moment.

Indeed. There even appear to be posters changing their mind just because a poster they don't like has a different opinion. Posters like that would not be missed.
Even worse are the posters who think they know others minds and think they can speak for them, I'm sure you'd agree <ok>

Technical<laugh> Your so ****ing dense light bends around you. So had your drunken hooligan fans had not charged them the wall would have stayed intact and the game would have been played out without incident. But making light of 39 deaths is a low shot because you and your hated club don't care as you now have justice for Hillsborough but don't give two ****s for the murdered Italian fans.

    Shame on you Sisu :(

Tbf Liverpool fans have had a reputation of rushing the gates long before Heysel and hills. And after:Athens 2007, which meant their end was dangerously overcapacity and as a result legitimate liverpool ticket holders were Denied entry to a European final
