As I've said above, the Mods generally decide on the rules of the board including what warrants a ban etc. If these are broken people will be dealt with. I'm just concerned we are banning people for petty 'crimes' and trying to go over the Mod's head.

If we feel the mods 'rules' are inadequate then that requires further discussion.

 

Could you imagine a world where all referenda randomly suggested by the public drove new laws? Would be a bit silly.
