I basically agree. It doesn't matter who our forward is or our two forwards are. The problem is that our midfield are camped for most of the match in their own half. So there are only two ways out: the ball down the line, which is generally ineffective and wins at most a throw-in, or a hoofball to the edge of their penalty area which either the defender deals with or our forward knocks down for nobody. Either way, the opposition has the ball once more and we go back to sitting deep.
I would like in the future to see Kamara upfront on his own as he can hold the ball up but also has the pace to get in behind when teams are defending high, like Lukaku does.
