I'd love it if we were but I can't see it. Had he been available when AVB left we'd have got a quality manager in rather than soldiering on win this inexperienced manager who has a tonne of question marks over him.

It does make you wonder, though - would a nearly-50 year-old Laudrup cut it for the last 15 mins of a competitive EPL match?

He'd be Player of the Year in Scotland, you'd think.

I think a 50 year old in top shape and game sharp would be close to a thirty year old's level--but he's likely to get a season ending injury fast, and, yeah, probably couldn't go for longer than 10-20 minutes a game.

He'd also be about the right kind of age for United's first XI.
 
I wish my wife was a football fan like me.....but she's from the mountains of (Bloody) Harlan,Kentucky.....and doesn't give a crap!

No.She doesn't drink but smokes like a steam train.

But she's happy when I tell her Spurs played well and feels sorry for me when I tell her we bombed,which has become often lately.
Reminds me of my mum telling my stepdad "It's not my bloody fault Spurs lost!"
