    We wouldnt be eligible for an emergency loan because of the number of keeper on our books, we were in the same situation last year.

    But if you so happened to come to an agreement with Victor Valdes and released him on a free for us to just zip along and sign him on a free the next day there would be no harm in that. we could then just compensate you in January.

    I agree, honestly Krul' s distribution gives us so many problems. He allows the opposition to keep the pressure on when he is in a position to relieve the pressure, take the wind out of their sails allowing us to regroup. The goals we concede tend to be where its all just got a bit chaotic rather than actually being out manoeuvred.

    We have tried this previously. It wasn't particularly successful. Essentially the fat ladyboy is not very good.

    Elliott is our third choice keeper. He's League 1 standard at best and always has been. His distribution is far better than Krul's, but his goalkeeping, which is what really matters, is abysmal.

    I have sympathy with whoever is behind that defence mind. Regardless they look like conceding quite a few goals.

    If and its a big If, we defended as a team, marked and closed down players and won headers from crosses and corners, it shouldnt really matter whose in goal as long as they have two hands, unfortuantley the inability to do any of the above puts immense pressure on the gk situation

    I dont think there are any!

    Chelsea made a massive mistake and after Courtois got injured they signed Marco Amelia a 33 yr old Italian GK that hasnt played a proffesional game since the season before last! Was on loan to a Serie B team and couldnt get a game

    I think thats the market we are looking at. V Valdes is probably the only viable option at a huge cost
