If you're eligible for an emergency loan we have an unwanted Spaniard on our books, maybe Shteve can use his contacts?

Remember when we had to play Jak Alnwick? This isn't that. Woodman is actually talented. Too soon? Nah, I'd pick him. If we pick Eliott, he'll be bog standard championship level, about what Krul was giving us before he got injured (no sad loss btw), and he'll never get better. Woodman is about championship level now but could be world class, that's how much I rate him.

    We really are.
We are like Kendra Jade and her 720 man gang bang... Literally staring down the barrel of reet pounding and no one brought the lube.

Our transfer policy is coming back to haunt us this time. Krul has been poor, but he is still our best keeper. We have largely the same squad as last season, a ton of injuries and all it takes is a couple of long term injuries to key players like Janmaat or Perez to really put us in the ****.

No matter how good he is at 18 as a goalkeeper he is going to be way off the pace for the Premier League, as we are all aware the skill set for a top goalkeeper is an amalgamation of talent and experience gained over a period of time, no surprise that the best keepers are in their late 20's and older with a longer career span than the outfield players. The only option is to go with Elliot, Woodman as back up and hope that Darlow can recover soonest to provide depth, throwing Woodman in now against Premier League attacks and with a defense in disarray would be the ultimate in sink or swim at least Elliot has some experience and knows how to give defenders a bollocking to keep them focused, hopefully!!!!

If Elliot gets crocked then we'd simply have to get an emergency loan from somewhere.

Obviously he is crock at the moment but I wish we had paid more attention to Forsters talents. He was an absolute boss for Saints before he got injured.

With Elliott in goal we will concede even more goals than we do now.

I think Elliot can do a job. Yes he'll make a few mistakes and his shot stopping isn't as good. On the flip side, his distribution has always been better than Krul's so hopefully the ball will not be coming back at the goal quite so quickly which should mean he has less to deal with.
