Some absolutely sublime link-up play between them yesterday. A proper double act down the left that got us a lot of joy.

Naughton Bennett is pretty good too, but Tierney and Pilks have a very good understanding, and both their crossing abilities are very sharp.
 
At times (Not yesterday though) Pilkington seemed to ignore a few of Tierney runs, I remember once (Vs Swansea I think) where Tierney was a through ball away from a super cross and Pilkington went for a 35 yard shot instead, Tierney was annoyed enough to confront Pilks about this. But yeah, they've both been super, shame we didn't really attack those crosses enough yesterday.
