Wrong arsehole. Refusing to give guidance on how to terminate the deal does not equate to saying the deal is binding. Rangers may or may not chose to terminate the deal and it'll be up to Ticketus to decide if they want to pursue it further.

Sometimes people with guns are not great shots. John Taylor is a very shrewd business man, but he became very unpopular with the Unionist Electorate and lost his seat quite a few years ago. However it is not all bad news his seat was won by the DUP. I know there are other politicians of the unionist persuasion very keen Rangers supporters but maybe they are not prepared to invest their money.
