Family and work should come before any leisure time activity including following the swans and i have been lucky that i could afford my hobby. I have seen prices rise from 2 shillings to £35 to watch the swans and today its just not worth the money and when you think about it it's not just £35 it's a lot more with travel costs and everything else you may spend on before and after the game and some fans have kids so it really is an expensive pastime for the majority of people. Football is slowly killing football with their greed and the Bubble is noticeably been showing for a long time that its bursting and football will only be available to the rich..
I think you might well have got the issues about right there shaper, but next time maybe the club should try to avoid the free for all, that discarded many loyal fans over the years, yes they tried to make amends with the Jack Army membership, but it was too little too late, and the free for all after wembley was disgraceful in my view, and was a smack in the face for those that had been there when just 5000 was the norm. Anyway it looks as if things are on the move, with Swansea City council having to sell the Liberty Stadium, amongst other assets too, so maybe we will get a good deal, and the expansion will start soon. We need to get some of our hard core back too as the support on times is shocking at the 'Library'............
