Slightly more to this than above but a reasonable yet direct e Mail to the ticket office resulted in 2 free tickets- Good customer service and a pleasing result. Well done WFC!!
best way to keep a client ,especially if its there error anyway! Nice to see common sense being exercised!
It is good PR for the club that you have made this known. I have always found that you get a response even over something trivial. It is a pity that larger well known companies don't adopt this good practice.
I must say, whenever there are issues or complaints from supporters the club always listens and does something about it. Be it ticketing problems like these, or major security fears or fears about the new owners. There arent many clubs who would do that!!
