i hate plastics, i admit i despise them but.. again today, has just enhanced it... .. i feel sorry for those plastics who 'support' liverpool/man u, cos they will never feel the way we do.... it's the best feeling in the world that feeling of walking up the steps to the concourse .. the excitement that pulses through me , walking through the tunnel.. into the stand, climbing my steps to my row... saying hello.. a short hug and then into position.. to cheer the boys on.. what i do hate is, city fans dissing fellow fans who live far away.. i know for a fact, in current circumstances, i couldn't afford to travel a few hundred miles for many city home games.. would that make me of a less of a fan?
Agreed, I will always despise anyone who talks someone down for living further away, or not being able to watch live games for a legitimate reason. Those of us around the world or even around England aren't less fans just because financial commitments mean we can't be at the ground.
exactly, like i'm gutted you're trip ended before wembley, id say any fan who posts on this forum be they in cornwall or inverness.. usa/canada/aussie is a passionate fan ( they might have disagreeable opinions.. i mean i can be a right twat at times ) but in this day and age it's an expense.. i'd never begrudge a fan who lives elsewhere not travelling up for a game... i do begrudge hull based fans though.. for me there's no excuse..
Somebody slated me the other day because i moved away for Uni and now can hardly get to any games, their reasoning? 'Theres a Uni in Hull, real football fans would of stayed in their city' Some people eh?
Haha. Nah they changed their mind (not said both) later in the day once they knew more information. They could still be wrong. It does actually narrow it down though. There is a third TV slot. Monday 7:45.
Woo got my tickets sorted then Anyone know where I can get a hull city foam hand from? Think an occasion like this certainly merits one. Go tigers!
Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh just tried to book the 12/13th weekend off at work and been told cant have it cause too many off that weekend . Not ****ing happy two of the ****s are leeds fans who are going to the game with their city mates if they cant get a ticket they are still going just for the piss up .
As far as I'm aware, Ash kept details of all those who bought tickets for Southend and Brighton away, I've no idea about the other games, but the club obviously know who bought tickets for the home games(unless they were walk-up's).
There's 10,000 more tickets for the semi, than there is for the final, so only two thirds of those at the semi can also go to the final.
Will be in London that weekend, having come back from overseas for a visit.. Hoping that luck is with me and I can get a ticket
It's a historic thing, as a reward for all their hard work throughout the year, all the regional FA's get a ticket allocation for the FA Cup final.
It should be pass holders only first as those are the ones that invest in the club their 'subscription' for the year. A fan that went to two games before hand should not get priority. Either way we'll know in a few days
Whatever method they choose I hope they restrict to one fan one ticket giving every group a chance. As a pass holder who has also been to all the cup games I should still only be entitled to one ticket
You mean like the passholder who has the seat next to me who has only been to two games all season & sells his seat to family/friends/colleagues almost every game ??
Everyone who wants a ticket for the semi final will probably get one, it's just if we win that and it comes to the final that we'll have problems. Or some of you will, I've already got mine.
Lammy man. Iv been to the home cup games as have the junior tigers. Iv got a season pass as have the junior tigers. So no problems there. One small problem with it being an away game I need a carer to go with me Again no problem as they will sit outside if need be . Do you think the club might let me purchase 4 tickets together though I only have 3 passes....and only 3 of us has been to the cup games. No problem if not I guess carer can either sit some other place IF they can get a general sale ticket or sit outside if not...
I'd suggest you have a word with the club, under the circumstances I'd hope that they could find you a fourth ticket.
Irrelevant, he pays for it. If people want a season pass, pay for it. I have one and i live in Spain, I go to about four games a year and sell the rest if I cant go. Am I wrong?
I hope you all get tickets whatever games you've been to and should there be some left over for general sale I hope I can get one too. (Flight costs allowing as all those Marathon running Swedes might mess it up)
