I don't think people should be able to get a ticket by presenting their semi final stub. Surely that can be exploited by people who don't need a stub (season ticket holders and people on the database) giving somebody who didn't even go the semi??
Yes, I checked that. I think I know what happened which explains some of the problems. In January I was having problems with logging on and I sent this email to Sarah Crawford: "Sarah When I try to log in with my email and password I get a message saying you don’t have my email on your system and I should register again. When I try to register again I get a message saying you already have my email on the system! Can you help me please?" Sarah set me up again but I'd ordered tickets for matches after then and they aren't on my record, either. Luckily the club didn't seem to go too far back. I hope it's not going to cause problems if I want tickets in Turkey in the Europa League!
Pass holders can't give somebody else their stub as they'll already be ticked off on the database surely from the first phase?
Now you mention it. What would stop me getting mine and my cousins tickets on our cards and tiger travel in my name in phase 1, then my cousin going in with the semi final tickets for two more and get the tiger travel in their name in phase 3? It's doable .

Has this been confirmed yet? There's two pass holders for the west stand, four pass holders for the South Stand and 5 pass holders for the East Stand that would all like to sit together like we did for the semi. If this is the case we will get all of the tickets in the East Stand phase...
I think you have to already be registered but I'm not certain. If you are registered it's: tickets > buy online > match tickets > login > your account > your bookings
I wouldn't just take my word for it, I only got it from someone on Twitter who said they'd spoken to the ticket office, it would be best to check with them directly.
