rule 4's decided on the price of the horse at the time you put the bet on i think. 40p was for the sp.
Yep £20 on @ 117/4 pays £585. Pretty happy with that. Get my 2 x free £20 bets too for signing up!
Her price works out at 6/5 taking into account the 40p rule 4, if like me you took the 2/1 this morning. Still tremendous value
