Strange start at Sligo for the opening maiden just now, strung out and he let them off. Can't help but feel if the fave isn't involved their will be more about it after.
Aared is possibly a little overpriced at 11/1 in the 6.20 @ Leopardstown now generally. He has had enough tries to win his maiden but has bumped into some useful sorts along the way and they must deem him useful enough to try once more here.

Been a steady flow of support all day for Edelpour of Dermot Welds against Aidan's Fields Of Athenry In the upcoming Ballyroan. FOA was mightily impressive LTO but the Weld yard perhaps sensing it wasn't the strongest race and Edelpour could make it 3 in a row...interesting race. I think FOA is very classy and will take a bit of beating, but the Weld money must be respected.
Well I got that the wrong way round. Perrault ended up 11/4 fav, pushing Muqtaser out to 3/1 and Muqtaser goes and wins
Bugger me. Good job the odds on winner saved me today. Even my ****er bet lost. I was sure either Hellbender or Hidden Asset would win but noticed Hellbender's trainer had an outsider in it. So I thought that was either to help Hellbender or for a gamble. Hellbender NR and Music Hall (backed into 12s) ran like a 100/1 shot. No idea what happened to Hidden Asset. Disaster
