Good Luck <ok>

Looking forward to the novice chase today, a few really interesting horses in it and I think we will learn a good deal about them from a chase run around Warwick.

my snippet for today is how well Emma Lavelle is doing and she has one today.

Morning, team. Still haven’t seen the race but it appears from reports that Barney Frederick, the forum’s 5th favourite Barney (I’m languishing 65 places below him), ran a very creditable debut race yesterday afternoon at Huntingdon. One for the notebook, methinks. Incidentally, I see the race was won by a filly with a lovely name who returned at 22/1 (SP) but was a whopping 39/1 on the old Tote.

In other news I see that Mr Ponsonby, the forum’s favourite owner, has stuck Who Dares Wins in the Group 1 Cadran at Paris Longchamp on Saturday.

Good luck all.

As a follow up to the last paragraph here's an interesting article from the 'Sporting Life' - https://www.sportinglife.com/racing/news/cadran-challenge-for-who-dares-wins/172254

The views of Mr Ponsonby and a jovial picture of said chap as well. Who could possibly ask for more?!?

Your wonderful Mr Ponce-onby has shares for sale in an unraced 2yo with EJH. 10% shares at £3,450 per share. Even my West London comprehensive taught me that equates to £34,500.00
This is only interesting because you can trace his purchase of the animal back to the Goffs Premier Sale earlier in the year and see that he paid £20,000.00 for the beast.
Some might say that he is only doing good business while others might say he is a rip off merchant of the highest order. I am also in no doubt that he is taking a monthly cut of training fees.
Whatever the view he definitely does not fall in to my forum favourite anything category.

First 3 home at Warwick there look like decent sorts. Miles clear of the rest and the Twister's horse really caught my eye in a race which wouldn't have been run to suit him.

hi fellas! hope, youre well.i am back in business from today on.

clonmel,2 20:

i think, this can go to THE THREE WIZARDS.she didnt quite live up to expectations on her rules debut recently, but she might have needed the experience then.the fact, she started favourite last time out means, shes held in some regard at home,so big shout.

warwick,2 35:

not too many house-hold names here, but FLINCK had very much going against him last time out,so the fact,he still finished third is creditable.with a better run through today,a bold show can be expected for his high-profile yard.

not bad if you can afford to set it up!! Much like the racing club who won the Triumph last year.

although it probably wont be a stroll in the park for BALLYMOY,on hurdles form, hes clearly the one to beat today.some interesting rivals stand in his way,but hes got a big chance here.

Fascinating contest that novice chase. Ballymoy looked like romping away until being taken on for the lead, at which point his jumping went to pieces. Fair play to Ballymoy for getting back into it but Nube Negre had that turn of foot close to home which was lethal. Wow.
