Wonderful Charm in the Foxhunters. Dentist has a great record over these fences and the horse will appreciate the better ground.

Grand National quiz question of the day. Which leading UK based NH trainer (and we are talking easily top 10 here) who hasn’t a runner in tomorrow’s big race bred a horse who is running in the 2018 Grand National.
The only certain thing about Aintree is it’s uncertainty so wear your punting pants with caution today fellow forumites. In the opener I see Cyrname as a 4-6 shot against these but I am happy to watch him win unburdened by my cash. Year after year we see horses who, on strict form lines ought to be hosing up, turned over. Think Denman or Kauto Star in the bowl - that is also a timely reminder that Paul Nicholls does not have a good record at Aintree, yet I have picked 2 of his in the comp. Best of luck to all of you on what could be a completely muddling day
So after which race will the official going (good to soft, soft in places) get altered? I'll plump for after the first but then I am a cynical ol bastard. Good luck everyone and enjoy your day all who are attending.
I see from the local news that Aintree has followed Cheltenham regarding the alcohol policy. £5 a pint so near cheltenham racecourse prices and maximum of 4 drinks can be purchased at any one time. On top of this there are the water stations positioned around the racecourse to help curb the effects of binge drinking..
Nice job Finian‘s Oscar, puppy got a lovely tune out of him up the straight. Tizzard improves his already impressive Aintree record
Don't really know what to make of that first race. Cyrname seemed to despise going left handed. Just looked back through his form and he jumped out to his right when he raced at Newbury previously so i think he is definitely one to avoid when going left handed in future!
Was pleased with Rene's Girl's run - couldn't cope with the flying FO at the end but a very good run from her nevertheless.
finian's Oscar WOW was hanging and going crap the whole race and dropped all the way back must of touched 100s in running, excellent horse excellent ride
