Match Day Thread Three Tiers Lillywhites v Chairboys 5th Dec 20

The Chairboys head to tier three Lancashire to take on the Lillywhites at Deepdale its where it all began for Gareth Ainsworth as a football league player and its a team we have had a poor record against its over 26 years since our last victory in the playoff final, we also won in our our first meeting 27 years ago, the last time we got anything from them was a draw 21 years ago so we are well overdue a result.
As we are so short of midfield players Gaz may have dust off his boots to give a kick up the backside to our medical team to get some of the walking wounded back on the pitch with just four weeks to go until the January transfer window opens.
This is another one for ifollow and I'm not expecting to attend an away game until Easter at the earliest, we must be due for a change of luck and lets hope its this week and we can all enjoy Saturday evening after getting a result

 

Team NewsWycombe's medical team have been working hard to secure the return from injury of a number of midfield casualties, with Jason McCarthy and Alex Pattison having joined Dominic Gape, Dennis Adeniran and Curtis Thompson in the treatment room. Ryan Tafazolli, Uche Ikpeazu and Darius Charles have also been absent and edge closer to a return.
