Goretex is brilliant stuff. There's nothing worse than having wet feet. Most of the Goretex shoes are rigid ****ing lumps though. Hoping those Terrex trainers are nice and nimble as well as being waterproof.
All good jeans. I've only got Levi's out of that lot, though. Others I have are G-Star, Armani, Replay and River Island (My favourites surprisingly)
Oh and I only ever wear regular straight jeans. I don't wear baggy jeans or slim fit jeans which look like they're strangling the life out of people. I like my jeans to fit properly.
3 pairs of Diesel, 2 pairs of replay and few pairs of **** ones I wear at work. All slim/skinny fit, not super skinny so look like painted on. Sorted
Slim fit are perfectly ok. It doesn't mean you have to be slim, it's the fit at the leg opening. i.e, flared, boot, regular, slim. Skinny on the other hand, not ok! I guess knowing all of this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^just makes me even more gay, right?
I go for tailored fit in shirts and jackets, which is kind of the same thing as slim fit. I'm certainly not slim. 48 chest, 38 waist and size 12 feet firmly puts me in the chunky category. But as you mention, it's all about the cut. Loads of bigger blokes make the mistake of going for baggy/loose fit thinking it will fit them better, when it just makes them look like they are wearing something a size too big for their frame.
Yeah, absolutely right on shirts to. Regular fit makes people look like they're wearing a windsock. Got to be tailored, tailored look far better when left out too, instead of flapping about like **** round your arse.
Names that last the test of time? Levi has already been mentioned. Fred Perry been around, well for as long as i can remember.
