not entirely true because I didn't use until my genetic limit was an issue and you still have to eat right and do the work... Ive stopped now for good though because im doing a personal trainer course and feel its important as you say that im legit.

Bought a lovely pair of Ralph Lauren tan cords the other week and three pairs of chinos. One navy blue one somewhere between baby blue and a something darker. Also a lot of checked shirts in varying colours. Pink, blue, more pink , more blue, green , tan and red. Going to buy some mole skins too.

Anyone got a link to cheap waterproof overcoat? Possibly hat too.

What do you mean by overcoat?

Bit of a catch all that.

Like a top coat? Or a mac? Or just a waterproof jacket?
