Mine too Gooner If we start on our backfoot then really it would be time for Arsene to consider early retirement. He knew in January that we needed a CB and now that a LB is gone as well, it is all too mystifying that he still keeps talking about perspective and how we play well in the first hour of a match..... Arsene we know is stubborn. Now and I take no pleasure in saying this, it seems he is also deluded.
I'm going to hold judgement until the end of August. But if we go into this season with obvious gaps in the squad and we struggle, then Wenger is going to get crucified.
Good for you Piskie. I'm not sure if I can last till the end of the month ...........Wenger will still be there. September though is another month. I really hate to think the worst but I'm sad to say I can't take away any positives so far this summer.
